ACTIVATE YOUR MITID
You can activate your MitID in your app by scanning your passport/ID card or with an activation code from Borgerservice. If you have a new mobile, you can copy your MitID from your old app.
IN THE APP YOU CAN ALSO...
Check your user ID and change the mobile number you use for MitID.
HAVE A SPARE MITID
Having an extra MitID is a good idea. If you happen to lose your mobile with the app on it, you can still use MitID.

Doesn’t work on key flow
Should be pretty easy, right? WRONG, when I try to scan my passport it crashes, mind you this isn’t an edge case, it’s part of the main flow, every foreign citizen who tried this problem experienced the same issue, tried to register and had to go to a citizen center. Why would you even advertise that you can do this online, when a basic function crashes the app. Just remove it at this point, say go to the citizen center and don’t waste your time trying to use this app

Mit ID er bare ikke vær noget som helst, man skal brug det til at log på de mest irrelevante og det er absolut umuligt at skifte det fra en gammel telefon til en ny. Man må udover det også kun hav mit id på en telefon så hvis man ikke har den med sig hele tiden er det bare uheldigt
