SwiftyAdmin is a tool for WooCommerce store owners to manage their stores on the go.
Managing Orders: Users receive real-time notifications when new orders are created. They can edit many details of the order. The order status, customer's shipping and billing addresses and/or contact information. Users can modify the order by adding or removing products or changing quantities and can add additional shipping, regular fees and coupons to the order. Users can process credit card payments with SwiftyAdmin's Point-Of-Sale (POS) featured.

WooCommerce owners can also create new orders on behalf of their customers and process transactions. This is particularly useful for store owners who own brick-and-mortar stores, perfect for retail stores, market stalls, vendors and more. No need to buy additional equipment to process orders. Simply create an order. The order will return from their WooCommerce database as "Pending Payment" at which time they can scan their customer's card or manually enter the information.

Managing Products: Users can easily keep track of their inventory and make modifications to it from SwiftyAdmin. Creating new products is a breeze. Create a new Simple, Grouped, External or Variable product, take pictures, upload* them to your Media Files Library, enter all the details of the product, create categories, add variations, set up sales etc...

Staying in touch with your customers is as easy as a tap on your iPhone. Users can text, email, call or use WhatsApp whenever the need arises


You can add/delete/edit your Customers information. Coupons, Attributes, Categories and Tags.

You can also upload* media files to your WordPress Media Library. From your device or Cloud based apps such as Dropbox, Google Drive etc...

*Uploading files requires additional authentication. You will need to install the free plugin JWT Auth - WordPress JSON Web Token Authentication to your website.
