About Focus Physical Therapy
Using this app, you can access your personalized Home Exercise Program with HD Instructional videos. On the 'Messages' tab, you can securely communicate with your Focus Physical Therapy provider. As you complete your exercises, we'll give you trophies and medals to celebrate your progress!
On the 'Awards' tab, you can track these items. Prefer a language other than English? Go to the 'More' tab and select 'Languages' to pick another language option. If you need to book an appointment, please go to the 'Appointments' tab for more info. Make sure to select 'Mark as Complete' when doing your exercises to ensure that your provider can keep track of your progress!
You must be a Focus Physical Therapy patient to gain access. This app integrates with your iPhone's Health app to read daily step count data allowing your provider to monitor your activity.

Focus PT is great!
I have been going to Focus PT for 6 sessions now out of 12 planned for lower back pain. I went to Focus PT 8 years ago after my shoulder surgery. They did a great job then and I’m feeling a lot better today in my lower back. Julian (the owner) and two of his physical therapists (Reggie & Olita) are all great. They listen to their patients and adjust the techniques accordingly. They are all easy to work with, very professional and friendly. I will continue going back here as new problems arise as I age.
