With Metropolis, paying for parking is as easy as driving in and driving out. Just open the app and sign up by adding your license plate and payment method.
JUST DRIVE IN AND PARK
Just drive in to any Metropolis location to start your visit. You'll receive a notification that you've arrived.
TRANSPARENT PRICING
With Metropolis, parking rates and price estimates are available before you park. Once your visit starts, you can extend your stay or change your payment method remotely.
JUST DRIVE OUT TO PAY
When you've finished parking, just drive out to pay automatically. We'll send you a receipt after every visit, and you can access your complete parking history at any time.
FIND FREE OR DISCOUNTED PARKING
Look for a Metropolis sign at participating retailers near your parking location. From your visit page, simply scan the QR code to apply the discount. You'll see your parking price adjust right away in the app.
EASY TO NAVIGATE
You can use Metropolis when traveling and renting a car. Just add the rental to your account, assign an end date, and we'll automatically remove it when you're done.

Worst Parking App
These 5 star reviews can’t be real, must be bot generated. This app is awful and extremely faulty. I’m having to deal with debt collection because their automatic system didn’t work and never showed I had an unpaid parking ticket, when I use this app all of the time. Customer service is worthless, the app is cumbersome compared to all other parking, and the automation doesn’t work and they’ll hit you with an exorbitant ‘Notice Fee.’ I will truly avoid businesses and areas that use Metropolis after this experience.

Scanning a validation code… doesn’t validate
I use this app at my gym’s parking structure. When I scan the QR code with my phone’s camera app, Metropolis is opened and says “All Set!” But it’s not all set… because it didn’t apply the validation code. Getting the validation is only possible if you press the scan validation code button (scanning the QR code a second time!) Very shady and deceptive, and by all appearances a deliberate UI change because this was not the app’s behavior when it was first rolled out to us.
