It doesn’t work
Any time i connect my Lightstick it says to check if its mine and then stops working I just wanna use my lightstick PLEASE 😭😭

Doesn’t Work For Me
I really wanted this to work in time for their concert, I kept on trying to connect. My steps were 1. open app 2. Connect a Product 3. Stick would Flash blue 4. then I would get the message: “Please check whether the connected light stick is yours. If so, try again after holding the button for 10 seconds for its initialization” 5. I try connecting again after holding start button for 10s 6. it repeats from step #2 and never truly connects bringing me to the next page Really hope the creators can fix this, not sure what to do (I kinda got it to connect but it’s really unclear and messy) also you’re unable to enter your concert ticket date/row/section as the only date it provides is 2021-01-01 and you can’t use it normally even with the variety of lights
