Memudahkan di saat yang sedang genting. Menghindari pungli dan calo., memastikan semua dana masuk pada tempatnya. Dan tersalurkan tepat kepada sasarannya.

Aplikasi mengecewakan tidak stabil
Saya pengguna IOS dan saat mencoba aplikasi di tempat tidak bisa terus sudah sampai puluhan kali. Saya hapus dan download ulang tetap tidak berhasil. Petigas di tempat tidak bisa membantu dan sesuai arahan pusat hanya bisa melalui aplikasi tidak bisa offline. Petugas menyampaikan android tidak masalah. Lalu ada calo yang menawarkan membayar 200ribu rupiah dan tidak memakai aplikasi alias offline. Sangat aneh mengapa calo bisa dilayani offline sedangkan jalur tidak calo kok tidak bisa? Saya lalu pulang dan di rumah saya menggunakan wifi lalu saya coba berhasil. Mungkin ada baiknya bisa diberikan wifi di samsat tempat tes kesehatan/fisik untuk memudahkan pengguna.
