Horrible
I bought 2 tickets but could not use bc it kept telling me to scan the QR code. When I scan the code it tells me the app (which I already have) is not available in my country?! I am from the US and tried to use it on the way back to Nice from Grasse. Horrible. Fix this app or do not market it to the tourists!

Broken system, no support
I was traveling from Aix to Avignon and wanted to buy my ticket in advance to be sure I had a reserved seat. The Zou site says tickets must be purchased through the app, and since there were no machines/desks at the bus station I decided to use the app. They make you create an account and provide personal data, which I don’t like but fine- common these days. Then I purchased a ticket and had to input credit card directly into their app- also don’t like that, prefer Apple Pay for security. I got a receipt and the ticket appeared in the app as available to use. When I boarded the bus, I scanned the QR code as instructed and got an error saying my ticket was invalid or expired. I showed the driver my receipt for purchase an hour earlier, and that the app said I had a ticket for this route, but he made me pay again on the bus- which was a simple contactless payment. I should have trusted that would be an option. I have now tried to submit a complaint/raise a support need on Zou’s contact pages 4 times and got errors each time. I will have to call to hopefully get refunded, and then go through the hassle of deleting my account and data. Terrible experience- do not use this app.
