Very customizable
I’m very new to this game but I absolutely love it so far!! I’m currently using the free version which is completely playable with occasional optional ads. I started playing the game before messing with the settings and was disappointed when I had to spell the words cause that’s not what I personally want to learn right now. So I looked in the settings and not only could I turn that off, there is actually a lot of customization for both how you want to learn and how you want to play! Very beginner friendly for both gameplay and language! And lastly I have to praise it for having Mexican Spanish specifically! The app that my mom is learning with doesn’t so she’s learning different pronunciation than she needs.

Amazing!
I absolutely love this game! It’s made a world of a difference in my learning Korean journey, and keeps me motivated while also challenging me. My only criticism is how you have to have your device off of silent mode to hear any sound from the game- I am the sort of person that hardly ever has her sound on, and any notifications or text messages get in the way of the game experience, which is why I gave a 4/5, with the hope that maybe that might change in the future. I do also think that the upgrade from basic to premium is worth it- especially since there was an option to pay one time and not have a recurring subscription- it feels so rare nowadays to get a worthwhile experience that you only have to pay once for! For language learners: this game is absolutely worth it despite my own complaint- keep broadening your methods for learning your target language, it takes time and effort to learn, but a game like this will help you build a routine!
