Events ASO

Events aims to :
* Provide A.S.O. employees, team members and followers working on events with a digital tool for exchanging information and raising alerts relating to the organization;
* Centralize internal communications on events;
* Optimize event alert management processes;
* Facilitate and modernize communication between event stakeholders.

It includes the following information:
* News: cold and hot information on the race and its organization, alerts, health recommendations.
* Agenda: organization meetings and activations.
* Directory: list of organization telephone numbers.
* Documents: cold information about the race and the organization.
* Accommodation: list of accommodation and vouchers for the user working on the event.
* Settings: notification and availability management.
