EventSprout for Organizers

EventSprout for Organizers is for event organizers to use as an efficient and convenient way to scan and check-in attendees into an event. Event organizers sell tickets online with their EventSprout account and then download the EventSprout for Organizers app to scan and validate their customers' tickets.

App features:
- Scanning: Scan and validate tickets online or offline. Lose internet connection? No problem. With Offline Mode, you can still validate tickets and check in guests as efficiently as you would online.
- Barcode reader: Scanning tickets and getting attendees through the door has never been easier. Our barcode reader automatically recognizes and scans tickets quickly and conveniently so that attendee wait time upon entry is minimal.
- Guest Lists: Create multiple guest lists, all with their own customizable settings. Perfect for keeping attendees separate based on gate, ticket type, or attendance date.
- Guest Look-up: Look up customers by name and check them in manually if need be.
- Easy-to-use Dashboard: Single-device and cumulative scan reports available. Tracking attendance shouldn't be stressful, so our dashboard makes it easy to track scans on a single device or across all devices that are signed in and scanning tickets.
