Technical team fails to resolve issue of scary malfunctioning of app
May 29, 2025 - App doesn’t function properly in terms of IBFT and takes every IBFT request to RAAST payment system without choice and immediately afterwards reverses transaction. JS Bank Audit team must look into this persistent malfunction. June 30, 2025 - corrective action seems to have been taken. Looking forward to using the app and providing additional feedback. For now, Improving my rating from * to ****
