Batteries don’t connect to app. Verified serial numbers and tried to re-add but never recognizes them.

The state of charge for my battery displayed 2 to 3% when fully charged. To fix this: tap in the upper left: three lines icon, tap the: serial number text, tap: custom battery. Adjust the data below to the manufacturers numbers by pressing plus or minus. Press and hold to: quickly advance the number. Once done: click OK.
