App has time delay all the time. Unable to access

Network is always out

For $60/month it is not worth it. There’s always an outage.

Constant service outages.

We’ve been using the service for a couple of months now and there have been multiple hours long service outages. Not the very best if being honest.

Terrible app

I am surprised by the amount of good reviews, in my case it does not work, none of the options open and when I get a notification there’s nowhere on the app that can be found, I do have it updated SMFH!

App needs a massive updae

This app rarely works. If you have an established account and try to log in. You’ll get a message “Oops! Your email or password didn’t match.” Which creates such an inconvenience because if you try to make any updates to your account i.e. change password, check if service is down, remove electronic that connected to your service etc you can’t. The web version only gives you an option to view your payment. Everything else is done via app which is user can never log into.
