Helpful if you’re new to emotional self-care
I don’t have a lot of experience with emotional self-care. I don’t keep a journal before this app, because I didn’t like that there was no reaction to what I wrote. I’m not used to setting aside time to take care of myself emotionally, but this app makes doing that manageable.
