Scaming & Worst service
Extremely disappointing experience. The room was nothing like the pictures shown—completely different and very dirty. The host was rude, and when I contacted customer service for a refund, they behaved very badly and offered no help. To make things worse, the app kept crashing, which made the entire process frustrating. Worst service and app I’ve ever used. Definitely not recommended.
