About Imposter: Party Word Game
Welcome to Imposter, the exciting multiplayer online word game where your ability to spot imposters will be tested!
Each round revolves around a secret word. Your goal will be to help discover who the imposters are or to make civilians believe that you are one of them and know the secret word of the round, depending on your role in the game.
Impostor has a variety of game modes and features, including:
• Online mode: Play online with friends or strangers.
• Single device mode: Play together in person using the same phone.
• Playing with a leader: In each game, a leader will be randomly selected, who will have the important role of choosing the secret word and deciding who the imposters are.
• Leaderless mode: In leaderless mode, the secret word and imposters are chosen randomly by the game.
• Play with images: With images mode, instead of a secret word, civilians will get a random secret image. Only civilians will see this image, while imposters will try to guess it and fool others.
• Clue: Choose whether you want to play with a clue or not. The clue will be visible to all players, including the imposters, which will make the game more interesting and more challenging to discover the identity of the other players.
• Chat to debate: Use the chat to persuade other players, establish alliances and defend yourself to avoid being eliminated at the voting stage. Remember that your persuasiveness and strategy are the key to success.
• Public games: Join public games to play with people from all around the world.
In each round, players must enter a word related to the secret word or secret image to prove that they are not imposters and avoid being eliminated from the game. Once all players have entered their word, it is time to discuss who the imposter is. Finally, comes the voting phase, in which the player with the highest number of votes will be eliminated.
