The mystlukes mobile app is a secure online tool with convenient access to your personal health records. Through the mystlukes mobile app, you have real-time access to the St. Luke’s online patient portal. The portal shows your latest healthcare information and provides services needed to plan, understand and engage in your care.
Once you have registered and created an account for the mystlukes online patient portal, you can sign into the mystlukes mobile app with your mystlukes username and password to launch the application.
With the mystlukes mobile app, you can:
• Request an appointment
• Schedule a telehealth visit with your provider
• Securely communicate with your care team
• Pay your bills
• View lab and radiology results, medication, vitals, allergy lists and immunization history
• View office visit summaries and discharge instructions
If you need assistance accessing your existing account, contact the mystlukes Help Desk at 1-877-621-8014. Contact your provider directly regarding questions about your health record. Personal health inquiries or concerns posted as comments in the App Store cannot be addressed.
Participating providers can also allow you to add your HealthKit data to your electronic health record.
