Wis vs ICO
Can’t use wis. The ICO apps will have me update. I hit update takes me to wis and it does nothing. Won’t even let me log in. So I go back to ICO again Tells me to up. After a few go around a will have me log out of ICO app and log back into ICO app. This seems to be a glitch. But I can’t get into wis at all and ICO takes me in circles. So which is? It’s pretty expensive to not be able to use the app to get measurements. Something has to give. Right now. I don’t recommend purchase until the glitch works it’s self out. I had zero problems until you shut down app for maintenance.

2nd Review
I am writing my second review for this device. I believe I wrote one before but some things have changed since I’ve had the device for 2 months now. I might have been too quick to write the first one but need to update. At first I was confused as to how to work it and connect it to my device but eventually got that all figured out since then. Now I am feeling a bit more comfortable with it. I use it for my Highlife Aria Hot Tub by HotSpring. It keeps a pretty good charge for some time and alerts you when it is time to recharge. The only thing I get confused with is how long it takes to send the information to the app. It isn’t a constant reading. Maybe that is something that the software could do a better job with. (Delivering the data every 10 to 15 minutes instead of every 2 hours.) I also have a saltwater tub, so the salt readings are very confusing because it fluctuates up and down in a perfect pattern, so I am a bit confused as to what the real reading is. Is it up or is it down? It just isn’t as accurate as the other readings like ph, chlorine, and temperature. Is there a trick to understanding how to read the salt readings. I just go by the salt strips and the system readings on the hot tub itself anymore and it is always ok using that method. So maybe the salt reading needs to be worked on when it comes to the software. All in all I do like the device and the app. It is also asking for a software update and I tap on the update button but it doesn’t seem to want to update. How can I update it in a different way? Overall a great product with maybe just a few more glitches to fix so it works perfectly and so it is more user friendly?
