Growing pains
Buggy app. Especially in the evenings. I suspect they don’t have the server capacity to handle the traffic they have. Slow to update and notify of bid status. With the most recent update the auction expiration count down in the MyBid tab freezes and you have to restart. Randomly freezes at other times, QR code expires if the line to verify your pick up is long. Not the “app” per se, but pick up at the warehouse is frustrating on a good day and infuriating on others.

The only thing you should even consider searching for is Brand New. Like New, Good Condition, Working Condition…all equate to buyer beware. I bought what was advertised as a Solo Stove Yukon 2.0 Essential Bundle. They even included an MSRP of $700. I was ecstatic when I won the auction for $330. I was not ecstatic when I showed up and realized I had bought a ln OutVue fire pit that I could have bought brand new on Amazon for $139. The on site manager told me (literally) it could have been a toaster in the box, but good condition is non-refundable. They refused to reimburse me. And when I filed a credit card dispute, they banned my account. Take one look at the HUNDREDS of Better Business Bureau complaints if you need a second opinion.
