Not helpful unless you already know what plant will work
It needs plant selection filters like salt tolerant, usda zones, height, width, basically every threat helps you choose the plant for your space.

Great idea, but needs tweaking
I find the search feature cumbersome. I set the app to filter for my zip code, and first searched by Florida natives. Pictures are good and helpful for example, to distinquish among viburnums. Noticed that no entries mention deer resistance, which would be a welcome tweak, especially in the flowers. Then I tried to search for podacarpus and still haven't found it. I tried on my own, then went to the Help and followed the directions there, but still just ended up with the list of 100+ plants and pics which didn't include podacarpus. So great start, but keep tweaking this.
