Neither the app or the website work. No response from customer service. Total ripoff! Avoid!

Cannot log in
My user name and password do not work in the app despite them working on the website. The app appears to only be a wrapper for their website? I’m not sure why I’d have to pay a dollar for a service I have already paid for.
