Application in support of drug in clinical trials to determine safety for use in humans. Questionnaires collect signs and symptoms of response to therapeutic intervention over the period of 18 months of treatment. All data reported to study investigators. Study participants will receive notification reminders to complete their periodic questionnaires.

Access to participate in this study requires informed consent by medical personnel. Only after consenting will participants receive an invitation to access the content of this app.
