Chef Sean who is professionally inducted as a certified chef for over 25 years. Being a native of Trinidad & Tobago, Chef Sean's love of food runs deep as it is shown in all of his dishes that he prepares. Consistancy and the use of fresh seasoning that is made from his hands adds that authentic Caribbean flavors. Alongside him is Teeny, his wife; owner of NU Caribbean and the Mini Chef. She is change of ensuring that their family run business is friendly, professional and has that warm feeling as soon as their patrons enter their establishment, or order takeout.
