Just a bad company I rent and it's been sooo many times I've had to write support about a wrong bill make sure you read the statements and check your charges because they will happily over charge you if you don't catch it

Not renter friendly
Nutiliti charges too many fees and if utilities are not paid by a certain timeframe then it’s turned back to property manager who charges more fees on top of Nutiliti fees! This app is a ripoff!!
