MyUHS

MyUHS is the official health information app of the University of Wisconsin–Madison University Health Services (UHS) and helps you manage care for yourself. With MyUHS you can:

* Communicate with UHS providers.
* Review your test results, medications, health history, and other personal health information.
* Submit and view immunization records.
* Schedule and manage appointments, including in-person and virtual visits.
* View and pay account balances.

To access the MyUHS mobile app you must either log in with your UW–Madison NetID account or have a non-NetID account previously generated by UHS.
