Koby Spin will not update…
The JOBY Motion app will not work with the Joby spin device because every time I try to update the software in order to open the interface, it failed. I must’ve tried a dozen times over two days and I got nothing but failed to update. Junk!

Such a disappointment
I feel like this app could be 5/5 if Joby would just do an real update that allows the users to lock their white balance and hard select what lens was being used. Until that happens this product is falling WAY short of what they promise to mobile creators.
