Sluggish App and Constant Waitlisting
I expect to be able to accept a shift that I’ve been invited to without being put on a waitlist. There’s no point of sending an invitation if I can’t accept it and it seems like every job on this app requires a waitlist and then you didn’t don’t really get to work for at least 3 to 4 weeks. Besides that I can’t comprehend why it takes over five minutes for one page to load and it seems like every time I need to do a phone screening I can barely ever get the calls to come through. Not only that but you’re allowing companies to waste your time and work you got free without pay. THIS IS NOT OKAY!!

This app is illegal. I worked for a gig a few months ago and they stole money a month later from me and says the business doesn’t have record of me working that day but in the app I clocked in and out. Even had the shift ADJUSTED by them or the business. AVOID THIS BS APP AND ITS SCAM. Support is SUPER trash as well. They don’t do their jobs. They want you to do it for them. They don’t even know what they’re talking about half the time. Do Veryable or Instawork.
