Finality provides a job seeker a platform to be searched for by potential employers. Job seekers create a replication and make their replication searchable when they are open to new employment opportunities. The employers create their own profile and then direct message potential job seekers. Employers can offer them a position, invite them to apply, or interview with them for open positions.
