Not a great app…
There’s a lot of little things that aren’t great with this app. Loud music, then a quieter voice says “5 reps left”. A program is just the same exact workout every day for two weeks (I need some variation…). I can’t seem to find where my past workouts are. I can’t change my password. And I’m sure there are more. I’m going to keep using it for the time being since I have the bands but I’m very disappointed

Love the equipment, app is okay
I really like that the Hyrope counts your jumps, but it does not sync to the app and I've probably tried three different times to start a workout while it's shows me it's connected 😩 I guess I'll have to do other workouts on the app
