No customer service
My account was deactivated because I was given a faulty gift card to purchase an item and it was declined. Super sketchy to me I couldn’t even get customer service help and when I emailed Taylor she blocked me. Beware of these unprofessional tactics.

Issue getting past the first screen
I’ve used WeSponsored for awhile. This morning I got an email telling me a sponsorship was filling up and I need to complete the steps before I lose the opportunity. Well I redownloaded the app because I did uninstall it because I wasn’t getting any offers, so I redownloaded the app, logged in but it won’t let me get past the first page with my name and phone number. I can’t type anything, click “sign up” etc. so im not sure what to do from here.. I think there’s a few bugs that need fixing first but Thats just my opinion.
