The way the platform is setup is bad. No group chats, notifications often miss. UX is bad.

It is a helpful place for the school to get its announcements out. I just WISH they would put a small red circle over the group’s thumbnail when the group posts something new. Then the circle would disappear once you have read the new messages. Like iPhones do with texts and emails. I am in 10+ groups between all of my kids, and Binderly does tell me there is a new post somewhere. It just doesn’t tell me where! So I check all 10 groups! I have just learned about the inbox tab which is helpful. But the red circles would be much more intuitive and simple.
