App doesn’t work properly, keeps freezing…..

App and Online Account services need HUGE overhaul
My address won’t update, can’t see my bill or opt-in for autopay. Been this way for awhile and I don’t see any forward movement on them or their tech support to fix these issues. When you call them to fix it doesn’t get resolved either, Pointless.
