Deficit provides you with tailored meal plans, jam-packed with all the foods you love!! Our goal is to get you results, by changing the way you think about food and showing you how you can still enjoy food while trying to lose fat!! That’s ultimately what we all want, right?? Our recipes are not only delicious but we have kept them as SIMPLE and EASY as possible to make (no one has time to be cooking for hours on end)!!

Not all fat loss journeys are the same, which is why here at Deficit we use a scientific approach to tailor a plan to you meal plan based on you as a person, your goals and your lifestyle. Each meal plan is tailored to you and changed daily/weekly based on your progress. You have the ability to chose your own recipes and switch anything you don’t like. Speak to your coach directly through the app, track your progress, enjoy unlimited changes to your meal plans.

During the sign up process we will ask you a series of questions to learn more about you, your goals and your needs. To get you started we provide 3 meal plan options tailored to your goals. You then have the ability to change up your meals as you see fit, you can plan these out for the week and set them up how you like.

The recipes are not one size fits all, they will be adjusted to fit your plan! And as you progress through your plan, your calories will be adjusted and then so will your portion sizes.

During your time at Deficit you will learn the importance of portion control, a calorie deficit, weight management and the importance of enjoying the food you are eating to keep on track and to maintain your results! If you hate the food you are eating, you will never stick it out!! It is supposed to be enjoyable, not boring!!

Deficit also keeps you accountable, which is a vital part of staying on track! This includes tracking your meals, water intake, your progress and helpful hints and reminders along the way!
