App blows. Nothing works correctly and it's lame that it's being used by gyms.

Can’t add pass to Apple wallet

When trying to add pass to apple wallet it just errors out

another needless app, takes too long to load

It's frustrating that I am forced to use this bug-ridden app when my key card was working perfectly. After the initial difficulties linking my gym membership to the app, I have one major complaint: my membership QR code takes 30-60 seconds to load. I'm sick of waiting by the scanner to load my QR code. Please fix this issue before focusing on the numerous other bugs.

why reinvent the wheel

This app was launched way before it was ready to be used by customers. The events calendar is not functional. This app is making my gym membership worthless without access to the calendar to reserve spots in fitness classes.

No good

Terrible app. Dates to sign up for events are incorrect, app is slow, it always telling me to “buy more” even though I am a member at my gym. I miss scanning in with a key tag…
