Pointless
It’s an app that directs you to websites, what a waste! Just let people pull up tickets on the regular website & add to phone wallet, it’s 2024 already! Unnecessary apps are wasting everyone’s time.

Wild waste of my time
Just trying to access tickets I purchased to a Shell event, so I downloaded the app, as instructed. It’s incredibly laggy/slow. Several of the links aren’t responsive - I just tap and nothing happens. Every time I try to log in, I get an “unable to log into anonymous account” error. What on earth does that even mean?!
