Mine does not work at all
Uninstalled and reinstalled. Every items has that spinning ‘loading’ symbol. But nothing loads. It has been 24 hours and it has not changed. I’ve bought a ton of apps on the Apple Store. I just don’t get it.

Lack of customer service
Apple and the software’s author have a logical arrangement: buy the software and the author gets paid. If there is an issue with the program: you hear nothing from the developer. Money is taken immediately, but if the program won’t even let you see a single icon, you hear crickets. Emails produced nothing. Waste of my time and money. A refund from Apple is next.
