App issues.
Can only connect to app about 50% of the time.
Horrible app
Open app and it just sits there loading. Doesn’t allow you to change anything and says to make sure it’s up to date but there is no update available
Unable to extend time for kids
With the new update, I can choose up to 4 hours extension. App will only extend for 30 mins.
Was great, but having issues now.
Two issues happening over the last five days. One is I was listed as the primary admin, now has me listed as secondary. I don’t know how this changed. Second is I got alerts that the experience IQ and protect IQ were installed, but under the my network services tab, I get prompted. It says that there are no services installed. I already called CVEC, and I got a ticket issued for what’s going on. Once the issue is fixed I will adjust the rating. Thank you. *Edit: Update - going from bad to worse. Now the app keeps saying I’m disconnected. Started sometime early warning of December 20. Please fix.

App Needs Upgrades
This app is very new in its development lifecycle. CVEC staff has no experience or expertise in order to address issues.
Example: only create one app account for the household. Devices can only be associated with one account. Devices cannot be transferred to existing accounts.
