Broken experience
The app is very buggy, I tried to submit a service request, it is horrible and fail every time. Rivian, do you have a proper software test and release process in place? I had much more respect for the company before I buy a car from them. Less than 4 months after receiving my RIT, one of the cameras stopped working. Now I not able to request a service appointment through app, it keeps failing. And don’t get me to start on the so-called AI assistant that they added to the app, its main task is to drive the users crazy and stop them from accessing to human.

Bugs everywhere. App has issues where features don’t work frequently. Digital keys also randomly don’t work. This is a pretty beta level car and the app is the same. Wanted to like the brand but many things just don’t work.
