We integrate with the health app (HealthKit) to read and track your steps data and show them in a beautiful way on both Apple Watch and iOS App.
The app contains the following subscription options:
- 1 month at $19.99; 3 months at $29.99; 1 year at $39.99
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
- The account is charged for renewal within 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.
- The cost of renewal is equal to the value that “Apple’s App Store Matrix” determines as the equivalent of the subscription price in $USD.

Not as advertised
This is not the tai chi program for seniors advertised in many game apps. For $29.99 (more if you miss the skip button for the upgrade that is barely visible) you get a walking app. Breathe, walk slow to warm up, then moderate, then briskly. Oh, and drink water. There, I have just shared for free what you get. The tai chi portion is a 27 page pdf of illustrated moves. If you are looking for a guided program, this is not it.
