The Project Homebound app aims to gather more information and demographics about the homeless population for all programs and services who serve the homeless population. This app is intended for existing homeless outreach volunteers, staff, and personnel who currently use existing paper surveys, as another efficient means to collect this critical data in order to effectively serve the homeless population. This app provides them a new efficient means to collect data in real-time while leveraging mobile features such as touch screen, GPS, connectivity, and camera, and offers integration with existing data systems.
