Love the frame, app is impossible.
This frame is amazing but you can’t utilize the frame without the app. The app works maybe 40% of the time. Some days I can access my frame through the app and other days I can’t. There have been 0 updates for this which leads me to believe no one is troubleshooting or updating the application. I would recommend getting a different brand frame if you are interested in that type of product. I wish I would have got a different brand with an app that works. The ratings speak for itself.

Wish I had not purchased
Got a new phone, is not compatible, tried to do with my iPad, all it will do is cut it off and on, no longer to add photos. It asks me for frame I’d, put that in and say OK, then it continually asks for it.
