Three main modes:
- normal mode to track regular footings, with all the main informations on one screen
- Intervals mode to manually follow up and track your intervals sessions or follow a planned training session (Pro version).
- Race mode for the race day with accurate race time estimation with target distance setup
* Normal mode:
In one screen, you get the main workout metrics:
- Workout duration
- Workout distance
- Average pace
- Instant pace
- Current heart rate
- Elevation (if altimeter is enabled)
- GPS accuracy (top right corner)
Use the digital crown to highlight a data field.
* Intervals mode:
Swipe left from the main screen, you get all the data you need for a great interval session.
You display the running data for the current interval.
Start a new interval by double tap or pressing the 2 side buttons (if you have setup this behavior).
The interval number is incremented and a new interval is recorded.
Reset the interval number with a long press on it.
For Pro version: plan your interval trainings.

Swipe right from the main screen, you get all the data you need to reach your race target. It features a unique way to adjust watch accuracy to perfectly match race distance.
- Set a planned a target distance to get the estimated finish time.
- adjust your watch estimations with double tap when you reach a kilometer or a mile. The corrected data will appear on this screen (distance, pace).
- access to regular data on the main screen.
