Speakers Phenomenal. App feels dead.
I love the speaker as my go to practice amp and Bluetooth speaker. Sound is just incredible. Playing guitar has never been easier to pick up and do, and I’ve logged countless hours I otherwise wouldn’t have. That said the app and iOS functionality is terrible. I can’t charge my iPhone like I used to, which I’m sure is Apples strict polices, so no heat on Jamstack, still sucks though. Bluetooth range and Distance from phone is very short, and even when right next to it, it will cut in and out at times. Which my $30 Anker speaker never does. I’ve just got an iPhone 16 and even while connected to my Jamstack playing music, it doesn’t show up in the app. I This means I can’t change presets, check firmware, or do anything. The contact support button, report a bug, etc all lead to a dead link. Not sure what Jamstacks going through at the moment, but, some assistance would be great. I use this everyday, and given the insane capabilities of it, it’s unfortunate that it’s been neutered in such a way.

Don’t waste your time
After being given the run-around for several months by this company, I finally caved and purchased an iPhone (since the android version of this app is also garbage) to try to make the best of being scammed by Jamstack — as it turns out, that was as much a waste as this app and product. What follows is the same review left in the Google Play store because –surprise– the iOS version is riddled with the same issues. Connection to device is obnoxiously fickle, and app is insanely complicated to operate to any usable degree — and if you do manage to maintain a stable connection, and decipher the labyrinthine litany of options, your reward is just a handful of mediocre tones at best. Tried to give the device a chance, tried to give the app a chance, but the product is as dodgy as the company itself. Save your time, money, and efforts and invest them all elsewhere.
