From an overwhelming mind 🤯

Effective and precise

Different mental health disorders are covered by the app. Techniques to control emotions could be more explored. Psychologists are super helpful and careful, but the minimum sections should be 12, once per month at least, for a better and stable treatment/results. The app makes a huge difference for my mental health! I highly recommend it!

wellness first

Excellent, practical, effective self care app

I have tried a number of self care applications. Normally I get bored quite fast. The Kyan app is the most engaging I’ve come across yet. I find the educational aspect of the app easy to understand. This mixed alongside a variety of effective science-based practical exercises which cleverly mix in humor & lightness really resonated. I’m using it every day right now & noticing a positive impact.
