Knowledge is power, this app allows you to reflect on your previous workouts while also planing for the future workouts!
First step is to setup your workout templates, these represent the exercise goals you want to achieve in your workout. Second set is to actualize said templates into workouts. You can record how many sets reps and weight you were able to lift as well as the pause you have taken in between your sets. Progressive overload is the key to making gains!
The app allows you to track of your timed exercises as well so that you know exactly how much cardio you have done.
If you're trying to cut and get mean and lean there is a built in calorie tracker and a weight tracker to allow you to better estimate your daily requirements and keep track of your caloric deficit/surplus.
The app supports notifications letting you know to weigh yourself, you can disable or change the time when these are shown in the profile settings.
The app comes with terms and conditions that can be viewed in the profile settings page, make sure you review them!
