This app was developed by the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Croatia as part of the project “Establishing a Resettlement Mechanism” co-financed by the European Union under the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund.
It was created for quick and simple access to information and instructions for persons who are arriving in the Republic of Croatia as part of a resettlement programme and who are granted international protection after their arrival.
In addition to the information for persons in the resettlement programme on steps and procedures taking place in the Republic of Turkey and the arrival in the Republic of Croatia, the app also includes information on the rights of persons who have been granted international protection, the ways of exercising those rights and their obligations in the Republic of Croatia. The app contains useful information for all persons who have been granted asylum or subsidiary protection in the Republic of Croatia on all important aspects of living in Croatia, from healthcare, education, work, and housing to easier dealing with day-to-day tasks.
The app is available in Croatian, English, Arabic, and Kurdish.
In order to integrate into Croatian society, refugees need to learn the Croatian language. The app includes an audio dictionary with basic terminology and phrases in Croatian. This tool makes the app very practical and useful by helping persons with granted international protection to navigate everyday challenges.
The content of the app is subject to changes depending on the laws and bylaws regulating the rights and obligations of persons who have been granted international protection.
