This services are marketed as a win win for any frequent traveler - be it for leisure or business, but to my dismay for the last 3 years I have held on this membership club, I have experienced nothing but frustrations. Getting booked is frustrating. some claimed benefits are never honored in the places claimed to be associated with the club membership. Last year alone, I spent two weeks in English Point Marina, never received a single benefit associated with this club membership. Explanations were vague at best. Ole Sereni has been a nightmare, I get booked but then declined checkin, I had to pay cash. For anyone whose a frequent traveller interested in seamless comfort of services, my advise If you care for your comfort- THIS IS NOT THE CLUB MEMBERSHIP YOU WANT.
