Very Basic
Why can you not assign a sound tone when receiving a notification? All push notifications are silent and no settings are available in-app.

Great App. Additional features needed
As the courtesy officer I’m able to listen to voicemail, call back the caller, send automated text messages all while not providing any of my personal information/number! Great app A great addition to take the app to the next level, would to be able to leave notes on each call received for better documentation and for management to preview.
