Terrible app! Beware!
The app is useless. It doesn’t refresh itself. I went from No. 2 in queue to I have missed my queue in an instant. And then they automatically make you wait behind 3 others when you’re stranding at the shop! Ridiculous. They’ve lost my business forever. Don’t use the app, let this chain die.
