Not for Experienced Exercisers
I used to really like this app but now I feel that all it does is scold me. If you are someone who is experienced with exercise and in touch with your body, and like to comfortably push yourself sometimes, this app probably isn’t for you. I like to start my week with one intense workout and then the next 4 days I follow with more moderate ones. Lately, I do the intense workout and then the app yells at me and says I’m overdoing it. The next day when I listen to my body and do less intense workouts, it yells at me more and say I need rest, when I KNOW I will get my rest days on the weekend. Basically, don’t use this app if you are already very in tune with your body and recovery.
